Since my early teens when I secretly read Cosmopolitan by torch-light I have been fascinated by the media. Rejecting the advice from school to channel my language and debating skills to study law at university in favour of English and Media, I finally found the perfect combination of interests and talents in PR and reputation management.

With more than 20 years’ experience in corporate and consumer PR and specialist, award-winning experience in crisis management I work with clients in many ways – often as part of their team and sometimes as an external voice, bringing fresh perspective. I offer project and retained PR consultancy services, group and one-to-one coaching on PR and communications and a bespoke crisis management service.
